A fantastic very professional team from first contact to final delivery. The household was collected in Swindon EVERYTHING was packed into cartons purpose made if neccesary and delivered to Harare in a pre purchased shipping container which meant that there was no double handling. Nothing was broken except by the heavy handed careless Zimbabwe immigration officials just prior to final delivery. The goods were then unpacked and placed in the directed location with all packaging waste removed. WOW!!

The container you supplied for the transportation of my very precious items and memories of a lifetime spent in Africa was faulty and leaked water in, and so the damage, fungus, mildew and mould are shocking and many things are completely ruined.

I did not deal with Worldwide Shipping & Airfreight for the entire process of shipping my personal effects from Zimbabwe to the U.K., but when I had queries regarding the delivery of my items to my address in the U.K. my emails were attended to reasonably quickly.

The actual delivery was on the date advised, but it would have been helpful to know what the approximate expected arrival time would have been. A fragile leather handle on an old trunk was broken despite it being covered over with a notice to not use the handle. This may not have been the fault of this company as there were others involved in the shipping process. However, I would use their services again

I used worldwide shipping to send all my belongings when I moved to south America. This was the only company that offered the basic service I wanted at an affordable price. I never had any problems and their customer service was excellent. I used this company to ship a few boxes to the USA from the UK when I moved. They were late to pick up the boxes and did not adhere to the time slot they arranged. We waited in for them for hours beyond the allotted time. When the boxes arrived they looked like they had been thrown off the back of a truck. Boxes were crushed, ripped and had holes in them. I used double boxes as recommended, and I was glad I did because otherwise all my stuff would have been totally ruined.

Bad because though I was told to look through the bill of lading of which I sent a scanned copy by email ,your agent should have alerted me of a missing alphabet in the vin which was clearly missing.

The price quoted was very good considering my goods were send by air. Once my goods were uplifted in the UK they arrived at the destination within 10 days all cleared
I found the boxes not to be of top quality. I went to price boxes the same size as WWS and for the same price as yours, the walls of the box were of better cardboard than yours. Consequently my boxes arrived squashed. Had I not taped around your boxes top & bottom, they would have burst at the seems.
The staff were very helpful and answered all my questions. You have a very good team.

Because there is an 8 hours time difference where we are, it was difficult to communicate on a timeline, but WorldWide employees were very courteous, helpful and left messages when possible. We also had to delay the shipment a couple of times, but WorldWide were always polite and did not make a big fuss over the delays. I would use them again.

The advice and information that I was given regarding import duty on my goods bore no resemblance to what actually happened in reality. Even though they have agents here in Vietnam to advise them, I was left with the impression that they were only after my money to get the goods to Vietnam and, after that, I was on my own even though I had paid for a door to door service.

I was disappointed when I went to collect the car as Sullivan Maritime made a charge of over £100 and had I used that were recommended by yourselves then it would have been an even bigger charge. I think I should have been told the amount as I could have had the shipment cheaper from other companies had I known about this big charge.
