We had a small shipment sent to our home in Cyprus and from the very beginning from talking to Brett “who was extremely helpful and patient” to the delivery to our door was outstanding! everything in one piece even the TV! I would definitely recommend this company with no hesitation.

Good, reliable, economical service. Only issues were my boxes were a bit squashed when they arrived and the courier at the delivery end (DHL) didn’t phone when he couldn’t find my door bell so I had to rearrange another date.

A fantastic very professional team from first contact to final delivery. The household was collected in Swindon EVERYTHING was packed into cartons purpose made if neccesary and delivered to Harare in a pre purchased shipping container which meant that there was no double handling. Nothing was broken except by the heavy handed careless Zimbabwe immigration officials just prior to final delivery. The goods were then unpacked and placed in the directed location with all packaging waste removed. WOW!!

I did not deal with Worldwide Shipping & Airfreight for the entire process of shipping my personal effects from Zimbabwe to the U.K., but when I had queries regarding the delivery of my items to my address in the U.K. my emails were attended to reasonably quickly.

The actual delivery was on the date advised, but it would have been helpful to know what the approximate expected arrival time would have been. A fragile leather handle on an old trunk was broken despite it being covered over with a notice to not use the handle. This may not have been the fault of this company as there were others involved in the shipping process. However, I would use their services again

I used worldwide shipping to send all my belongings when I moved to south America. This was the only company that offered the basic service I wanted at an affordable price. I never had any problems and their customer service was excellent. Many similar companies no longer accept private individuals and refer you to companies with ‘relocation’ services that charge 5 times more. For this reason, I say thank you worldwide!

The service from UK was very good no complaints.
Kenya airlines were a disappointment boxes were damaged a couple of items damaged and my boxes did not arrive on time also boxes were kept being left at the stopover airport. hopefully i will not have to deal with again.
